By placing an order with SK Crackers you agree to the following terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the net sale price shown on the product.
The minimum order value is ₹3,000.
An order placed through this website is a request; it is confirmed once we contact you and accept it.
We may correct pricing or availability errors and will inform you before dispatch.

Firecrackers are hazardous goods. You must be 18 years or older to purchase.
You agree to use crackers safely, follow all manufacturer instructions, and comply with all local laws, permitted timings and court orders in your area.
Sale and delivery are subject to applicable rules of the relevant authorities (including PESO and state regulations).

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

SK Crackers is not liable for misuse of products or for any damage or injury arising from failure to follow safety instructions or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu.
