Coverage & charges

• Shipping / transport charges, if any, are informed to you before dispatch.
• Minimum order value ₹3,000.
• For deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, shipping is arranged on request; charges are informed before dispatch.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your location and the transport partner, typically 3–7 working days.
• During the Diwali peak season, timelines may be longer — please order early.

Transport of crackers

As crackers are classified hazardous goods, they are shipped through registered transport/courier services permitted to carry them. Some locations may be restricted by law; if we cannot deliver to your area we will contact you.

Tracking

We will share tracking or transport details over WhatsApp/phone after dispatch.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. Report any damage or shortage within 24 hours with photos to +91 866 807 5186 and we will assist you.
